Returns

Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we can accept returns of unopened, unused candles within 5 days of delivery.
If you need to begin a return, simply email us with your order number — we’re here to help with kindness and care.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives harmed on its journey, please send a photo within 48 hours. We’ll replace it with love.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for different scents, as each candle is poured in intimate small batches to preserve quality and fragrance purity.
